CRIB MATTRESS WARRANTY
This warranty is valid for first time purchase only and is not transferable.

JUPITER INDUSTRIES guarantees this crib mattress against defects in workmanship which may develop under normal use.
If any defects appear within 5 days from the date of purchase. return the mattress to the retailer for a replacement of the same quality. After 5 days from the date of purchase, please contact Customer Service at Jupiter Industries at 1-800-465-5795 ext. 24 or info@jupiterindustries.com.

If tears appear in the vinyl cover during the warranty period, Jupiter Industries will replace it at no charge with zippered mattress cover of the same quality or better.
DO NOT REMOVE THE ORIGINAL COVER. We recommend that you turn the mattress over so that the tear is away from the child's reach until your replacement cover arrives. Please ensure that your child does not have access to any exposed filling materials.

Any other defect which occurs during the warranty period will be warranted at the company's discretion. Warranties may be pro-rated based on the period of use by the customer and the nature of the defect. A shipping charge will apply on all full mattress replacements. Contact the manufacturer for further details.

Jupiter Industries uses filling materials of the highest quality. However, with use, the filling materials in this mattress may show some indentations caused by the infant's body weight. This is normal and DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A DEFECT. Turning you mattress regularly will help avoid indentations (This does not apply to dual firmness mattresses). ONLY contact the manufacturer if a deformation or a significant "sag" occurs that is several inches deep.
Jupiter Industries reserves the right to inspect all defective products prior to issuing warranty replacements. Defective products must be returned for inspection at the customer's expense.
DO NOT RETURN THIS WARRANTY TO THE MANUFACTURER. Retain it for your records along with a copy of the bill of sale. A copy of both will be required at the time of any warranty claims.
